Personal data protection (GDPR)

What data?

We only collect data strictly necessary when you contact us:

  • Identity (name, surname)
  • Contact details (email, phone if provided)
  • Content of your message
  • Minimal technical data (logs for proper operation and security)

We do not collect special categories of data (e.g. health, political views) unless legally required.

Purposes & legal basis

Purposes: respond to your request, schedule a meeting, inform you of our services.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (to respond to your inquiry). For marketing communication, we ask for your explicit and revocable consent.

Retention periods

Contact messages are stored up to 12 months after last exchange, then deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and port your data. To exercise them, write to:

In case of doubt, proof of identity may be requested to secure your request.

Security

We apply proportionate organizational and technical measures (access control, logging, backup) aligned with Information Security Management System (integrity, confidentiality, availability).

Current usage

This site only uses strictly necessary cookies (navigation, security). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used by default.

Future updates

If we later enable cookies for analytics or remarketing (e.g. Google Display Network), a consent banner will allow you to accept or refuse them. Refusal will not impact content access.

Terms of use (key points)

Use of the website

  • You agree to use this site lawfully and not misappropriate its contents.
  • You must not attempt unauthorized access, service disruption, or breach of security.

Intellectual property

All content (text, visuals, code) is protected under intellectual property law and remains the property of Consensus Lead Sàrl-S or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

Content is provided “as is” for information only. Despite our efforts, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness and disclaim any liability for indirect damages resulting from use.

Data retention & backups (Managed/SaaS Services)

For Managed/SaaS services (e.g. Fund Repo), data is retained for the duration of the contract. Once terminated, data is removed from production systems within a reasonable time and may remain in encrypted backups with restricted access for legal retention. Details are outlined in specific service agreements.
